The connection between QigongDharma practice and the seven factors of awakening is profound, as each factor resonates deeply with Qigong’s principles and methodologies. At this retreat, participants can experience how specific practices cultivate these factors individually and integrate them into experiences of inner freedom and resilience.

- Dharma and Meditation: Having the teachings is important; having the time to sit in Ture Nature is Essential!
Explore the Dharma of the 7 Factors of Awakening:
- 7 Factors of Awakening: Mindfulness, Investigation, Energy, Joy, Tranquility, Concentration, and Equanimity.
- Daily Dharma Teachings integrate these factors into the practice, offering insights into how each can be cultivated through Qigong and applied to everyday life.
The 7 Factors of Awakening (Bojjhangas) are pivotal in both traditional Buddhist practice and QigongDharma. In QigongDharma, these factors offer a profound framework for cultivating holistic well-being. These are developmental and cultivated qualities that the Buddha is said to have offered to those in pursuit of liberation from the wheel of habitual conditioning – known also as Samsara.
