These offerings are designed to be practiced over a 21 Day period. It is best to pick a day of the week – such as Sunday – and then practice each of the four modfules on that day. There will be exerices and that you will be able to practice throughout each week between sessions. These programs can be repeated as many times as you like and will remain a part of your course catalog for future referance.
